Privacy Policy

FootSkiller ("we", "us", "the app") runs a football training platform for players, parents, coaches, club secretaries, and clubs. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have. Privacy contact: info@footskiller.eu.

What we collect

• Account data: name, username (nick), email, password (stored hashed), optionally phone, country, date of birth.
• Profile data: profile photo (stored in Supabase Storage), chosen app theme, social media links you choose to add.
• Training data: completed lessons, XP points, streaks, progress statistics, onboarding answers (age, skill level).
• Payment data: payments are processed exclusively by Stripe -- we never see or store card numbers, only the payment outcome (active/inactive membership) and metadata (chosen plan, currency).
• Technical data: IP address (rate limiting and security), preferred app language, cookies required for login and core functionality.

Children's and parent accounts

The app may be used by players under 18, typically through a football club. A parent account lets a parent track their child's progress and manage their membership. If you are a parent or legal guardian and object to how your child's data is processed, contact us at the email above -- we will correct or delete it on request.

Why we process it

To provide training content and progress tracking, manage memberships and payments, send transactional emails (payment confirmations, membership expiry reminders, club/team invitations), and keep the app secure.

Who we share it with

• Stripe -- payment processing.
• Supabase -- database, authentication, file storage (photos).
• Resend -- transactional email delivery.
• Vercel -- app hosting.
• Cloudflare Stream -- training video hosting.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for targeted advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and export your data. Send requests to info@footskiller.eu.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists, plus a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal obligations. After account deletion we remove or anonymize personal data, except where we're legally required to retain it (e.g. payment records).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice.
